Curacao

Passengers must complete the Online Passenger Locator Card (PLC) form at the link. dicardcuracao.com within 48 hours before travel and present a certified negative COVID-19 PCR test result. The PCR test must be taken no later than 72 hours before flight departure in an accredited laboratory.

Aruba

All visitors must complete the Embarkation/Disembarkation Card (ED Card) process online www.aruba.com and must be approved to enter Aruba. All passengers over 14 years of age must present a COVID-19 PCR test.

​St. Maarten

All passengers must complete the online health form at the link https://stmaartenehas.com/application-form/ They must present a negative PCR COVID-19 test, the test must be carried out a maximum of 72 hours before the departure of the flight.

St. Kitts

All passengers must complete the online border and health form at the link https://covid19.gov.kn/ They must present a negative COVID-19 PCR test, which must be taken no more than 72 hours before their flight's departure. Upon entering the country, they must comply with a mandatory 14-day quarantine.

Turtledove

All passengers must complete the online health form at the link https://bvigateway.bviaa.com All passengers must present a negative PCR COVID-19 test, the test must be carried out no later than 120 hours before flight departure.

Bonaire

All passengers must complete a health declaration form 72 to 48 hours before their trip. They must present a PCR test taken 72 hours before arrival. Complete the health form online at the link: https://bonairepublichealth.org/en/form

Guadeloupe

Unvaccinated passengers must present a negative PCR or antigen test taken 48 hours before their flight's departure. A random antigen test will be performed upon arrival. A 7-day self-isolation is required. NOTE: Vaccines accepted by France: Phasor, Moderna, AstraZeneca, and Johnson & Johnson. For more information click here

Antigua

All passengers arriving by air must have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result. Fully vaccinated passengers entering Antigua and Barbuda who can present verifiable documentation of receipt of both doses of a World Health Organization (WHO) vaccine. More information click here

Anguilla

All passengers must present their vaccination certificate and a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken 72-120 hours prior to arrival. They must apply for an entry permit at this link: https://ivisitanguilla.com

Martinique

Unvaccinated passengers must present a negative PCR or antigen test taken 48 hours before their flight's departure. A random antigen test will be performed upon arrival. Venezuela

TO BOARD TO VENEZUELA: • Starting August 1st, all passengers with a final destination must complete the online form of the Biocheck system, through the access biocheck.inac.gob.ve. and present the electronic receipt at the counter at check-in. • All passengers must present a vaccination certificate with the complete vaccination schedule, either in physical or digital format, with a QR code or other validation method. The last dose was received at least 14 days before entering the country. • After 270 days after the last dose of the vaccination schedule, a booster dose against COVID-19 will be required. • Passengers who do not present the aforementioned vaccination schedule must show a negative result from a molecular test (PCR-RT) valid for a maximum of 72 hours upon arrival, along with a QR code for tracking.
DURING ALL PHASES OF THE FLIGHT: • Face masks must be worn and biosafety protocols must be followed. UPON ARRIVAL: • Passengers must undergo a PCR-RT test at the airport of entry. • Biosafety protocol measures regarding social distancing, protective equipment, and hand sanitization remain in effect.
