Our company obtained its Air Operator Certificate (AOC) on October 5, 2012, under the Dominican Civil Aviation Law 491-06 and we operate under the RAD 121 Certification. In addition, we have the FAA Part-129 North American Certification and the European Certification (EASA), which accredits us to operate North American and European territory.
